My mom and I have begun planning the unthinkable to many, but for us, this itinerary is as real as it gets. Between the two of us, we have compiled a “Must See/Do List” for each continent. We are sure we will travel to many of these places before the “BIG TRIP”, so we will cross those off as we go, leaving the unchartered locations for the 2025 trek around the globe.
For those world travelers reading this, if we’ve left off anything that you’d recommend, please let us know!
Our list includes cities, countries, landmarks and sites in no particular order.
We will begin to map out the route soon but the thought of that is quite overwhelming so we will take it slow and plan very thoughtfully, regarding logistics, budget and safety.
So here it is!

PLEASE don’t skip India. It’s the most incredible place I’ve been yet. Frustrating at times, but the good far, far outweighs the bad.
When you visit the UK, be sure to hit up Bristol! 🙂

I highly suggest checking out places in Bukit Lawang, Sumatra. We were just there with a company called Eco Travel and were able to see wild orangutans and monkeys. It is a really cool village with a great vibe! Medan is the major airport/city there; Medan is bleh though!

Wow this looks like the trip of a lifetime! We are doing something similar, but on a smaller scale.
Loved Australia and New Zealand, I’m sure you will too!
We live in Quebec, so ya enjoy the ice hotel!
As for Halong Bay, it’s gorgeous, but the most packed with tourists attraction we have seen on our trip.
Either way, enjoy your travels!
